- You are responsible for identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks, and deriving concrete improvement measures as well as use cases for AI agents.
- You design and document clear target processes, roles and responsibilities, handovers, and standards.
- Setting up and managing project plans - including target state, scope, milestones, timelines, risks, and decision requirements - is part of your day-to-day work.
- You facilitate alignment across departments and track actions, decisions, and open items.
- You prepare decision-making materials, management updates, and structured communication for the COO and relevant stakeholders.
- You support the development of a scalable operating system for the company’s next growth phase.
- You help introduce the right tools, templates, dashboards, routines, and AI agents to improve transparency and execution speed.
